World-renowned cinematographer Sam Kolder and his team didn’t have time to manage separate agencies for branding, strategy, and product design. They needed a partner who could take full ownership of the visual ecosystem. The goal was simple. Move at startup speed and deliver a cohesive, high-end product ready for engineering.
Solution
This was a complete “one-stop” engagement. By handling both brand and product design under one roof, we moved from concept to dev-ready assets in record time.
Phase One: Brand Identity & Strategy
We started by defining who Diem is. The tool is built for high-level creatives, so the brand had to feel premium, reliable, and cinematic.

Phase Two: Product Design (UX/UI)
With the brand DNA locked in, we moved straight into app design. The goal was translating complex disk management utilities into an intuitive interface.
