EASL TECH

EASL TECH case study, website, app UI and brand for a data movement platform

EASL TECH moves and transforms data for AI and analytics teams, but its Wix site sold none of it. We rebuilt the story, the website and the app screens, and stayed on to scale the brand as the company grew.

The old EASL TECH website on Wix, a painting hand hero and dark sections with abstract imagery
The starting point: the Wix site, with abstract stock visuals and copy that never says what the platform does.

The challenge

EASL TECH builds a platform that fetches data from any source, transforms it into any format and delivers it anywhere, at any frequency. The company had raised $2M+ and signed enterprise clients, but its website was still the Wix template from the founding days.

The visuals were abstract, the copy was written for nobody in particular, and the strongest proof, the product itself and the clients using it, was nowhere on the page. Founder Davis Rosborough wanted a site that a data engineer would trust and a buyer would book a demo from.

Research

Deliverable: a 14 page interview summary (PDF)

We started with structured interviews on the business model, the audience, the strategy and a deep dive into the platform. The finding was simple: EASL had

  • a strong product
  • impressive achievements
  • respected clients

and almost none of it was on the old website. The summary covered business objectives, platform features, the ideal customer profile and the technical details the site had to get right.

Brand and design system

EASL already had a concise, well made brand guide: the wordmark, a set of marks, a serif and sans pairing and a purple and green palette. We kept all of it and turned it into a complete design system for the web: spacing, type scale, colors, components and icons, with light and dark versions.

The homepage, section by section

Each section answers one question a buyer has, in the order they ask it:

  1. Hero section
    • Tag naming the ideal customer
    • H1 with the unique selling proposition
    • CTA to book a demo
    • App screen showing the main use case
  2. Social proof
    • Measurable client outcomes
    • Client logos
    • Certification badges
  3. Problem
    • The most common customer issues
    • How the platform solves each
    • A quote from the ideal customer
  4. Solutions, five interactive blocks
  5. Features and measurable achievements
  6. How it works
  7. Featured case studies
  8. FAQs
  9. Call to action

We also designed the demo booking flow, case study pages, a resource library, the about page, policy pages and the cookie banner.

Three rounds, left to right: the original app UI, the first update and the version that shipped.

Modernizing the app screens

The site needed real product screens, but the app UI of the time did not match the new direction. We ran three rounds of iterations to bring the screens into the design system while staying true to the product, and those screens became the core visual of the site.

How do we make the real app look as good as the brand, without inventing features?

The particle field follows the cursor, the product's high frequency data movement made visible.

Particle thumbnails made from the same system, used across the site and in sales material.

An interactive 3D hero

Data moving at high frequency is hard to picture, so the hero shows it: a particle field built in Spline that reacts to the cursor. The same particle language now runs through EASL’s thumbnails and brand assets.

Webflow build

After the prototype was approved we built the site in Webflow on the Client-First framework:

  • Full accessibility compliance
  • Optimized performance
  • SEO and LLM search readiness
  • A clean structure the team can extend
  • 14 days of free support after launch

Scaling with the team

After launch EASL kept us on. Since then we have redesigned parts of the app and kept improving the site as the company grew, along with the print and sales material a growing team needs:

  • App UI redesign
  • Business cards for the whole company
  • Google Slides template
  • Case study PDF design
  • 3D particle thumbnails
